With declining interest shown in this blog, I think I cant wait any longer but blog for the 100th entry, lest I forget what I wanna blog bout.

I like to read articles dat r thought-provoking, thanks to my sec sch Lit teacher Ferdinand Quek. Happened to pickup a book yesterday call "Tuesdays with Morrie" from Brandon, & Im so sure many of u had read it b4 me le. Spent a few hrs reading it, but only reaching page 54 b4 returning to him. Why I take so long is becuz everytime I read something worthy of thinking I will put down the book, close my eyes & think bout it, to fully absorb the literary effects of the lines.

It amazes me how the author was able to write such vivid details of the past dat he had temporarily locked away while pursuing his fame n fortune. Or mayb he made them up. It doesnt matter to me. What matters was that the images dat popped in me head were always warm n enriching.

The book wasnt enriching, it was a medium to make me think bout my past, & from the past I drew lessons. Apparently the lessons were always present, yet I had turned a blind eye on them. The contents of my drawer were treasurely-filled, yet I was lazy to force it open. But the words of the book handed me the key.

At the end of page 54, Brandon asked me how was it. I said ok lor. & then I realised, what ashamed me was nt the emotions n tears dat I will show to him, but the emotions n tears I hid away from him. A half-read book had gave me much insights, yet I did nt want him to know. I did nt want him to ask bout my thoughts. Its like pushing away a caring fren cuz he's too caring. The heart appreciates it but the mind rejects it.

Anyway, my Coxswain had asked me to extend another month for Ex. Rimba. No wonder he had given me free flights back Singapore in late Oct as a reward, n to reject this extension will b 忘恩负义 of me. Hence, the possibility of me returning for X'mas n chalet might b slightly diminished, & to dat I can only apologise. I know u folks will still have fun without me!

In comparison, the extra $1,800 I get lessens my sadness. After readin the book dat encourages one to see dat "Love always win", looks like Im still eyeing fortune after all. Im quite a confused fellow. 20 yrs n still confused in life.

Entry 99. Shall leave the next milestone entry for u amigos to fillup.

My short trip back Singapore had 2 contrasting exp in 2 different weeks. The 1st week was more of relaxing n running errands.. even had time to go Weirong's ORD parade. Weirong has v nice parents i must say... n i even had time to attend a wedding dinner of some distant relative.
The 2nd week wasnt so cheery.. had to hold a wake for my grandma's funeral. I think I mentioned b4 in entry 48 dat my grandma was v responsible for raising me up, but for this entire yr I only saw her for a couple of weeks due to NS, thinking bout it quite sad. Must really thank all those whu paid a visit or paid 白金.

In a way my grandma's death bonded my family. After the funeral we went out for dinners together.. n my parents even sent me off to the airport, which they had nv done b4. I also found out dat I did nt cry at times when my family was crying, but I do feel v sad in me heart.

Back to Brunei & i found out I missed out the CFC promotion. Ding Dang Dong. They promoted 2 n the quota is reached while Im away.. must depend on NDU to make me 3SG liaoz.

I like to blog consecutive entries it seems.

Today I went to Jurong Polyclinic (!!).. regardless (its regardless nt irregardless haha) the reason but after a long time waiting, it was time to collect my medicine.
Approaching the around 20 yr-old counter girl, she smiled at me very sweetly, as though she knew me n was my fren. Dunno how to further elaborate in words.. its like she knows me lor.

"Alex, izzit?" Super friendly n adorable smile.
In a daze for 2 secs without replying, gazing at her n running thru my mind.. "Do I know her? Which class she from sia? Which cousin?"
Look back at me, still smiling. Waiting for me reply.. could b thinking dat I must b an idiot to dunno my name.
"Oh ya Alex." Still thinking whu she is. Look at her name tag. Not familiar name leh. But I have a feeling she like know me liddat.
Continued with the frenly smile while explaining the usage of the med which I already know blah blah.. all the while I wasnt paying attention anyway still thinking.
"So any questions?" Smile.
"Err, nope. Thanks." & I flash her my "Twin-eyed winking smile". Shall elaborate further on this technique later.

So went to pay money (all paid by SAF btw), n after dat turned back to smile at her again. She's so sweet haha.. took a few steps out the pharmacy.. & I forgot her name liaoz. Such a poor memory dats why I nv date any outside gals. Ya. Believe me.

The technique.. I read it somewhere.. quite effective for both male n female. You must b thinking how can u wink with both eyes.. dats call blink. It's essentially a flirting smile.. u can use it in future if u see someone u like, but obviously he/she must b able to see ur smile (timing is key)
So 1st.. u look at something n focus on it (my medicine).
2nd.. u look at a person u want dat is also looking at u, n for the split sec.. wink both eyes(blink), n while opening ur eyes, give ur best smile at the same time!
3rd.. the next split sec.. look away at another object n focus. (my medicine again)

Something is suppose to happen when u do this la. Your split-sec smile will create a mystical feeling dat will make others wanna see more.. but u pianpian dun wanna give more. Its like a flirting smile like i say. If done correctly n u r v pretty or handsome.. ur target will most likely melt.

How to smile sweetly:
1st lick the inside of ur upper teeth between ur lips n gums..
2nd smile brightly! Showing ur teeth is good! Your eyes will auto become sweet if u show ur teeth. Trust me. If u have big-small eyes like me power / 2.
3rd if u gt dimples den power X 20.

Hmm, hi amigos...

If weijing says a big sorry for not blogging for a month, then what should i say? 3x big SORRIES? After all i disappeared for like 3 months...

What I've been through in this 3 months? Oh i finished my NDP successfully (hopefully u all watched), after that i went for a 2 mths long course (one month local, one month overseas)..
did not blog for 3 months haha..

Just returned from the long thailand trip i had a week ago and now i m in ORD mood! What's left for me? No more outfields and strenuous stuffs that tires people out..

Haha i shall share bout my thailand experience..

Third time taking C-130, as usual fly 3 and 1/2 hours reach some unknown place in thailand then travel 2 hours to camp.. First place, canteen!!! The canteen is the most SINFUL canteen ever in army history!!! They made me spent nearly 2k baht on the food and things there... That is close to S$100 for just 3 weeks stay... At first i only bought some army related t-shirts, then after that i was tempted by the Milo freeze and milk freeze... 15 baht only so cheap so i drank.. Yum!! Never tried the food until the 3rd day there... Suddenly my friend say "Lets go eat tze cha (煮炒）" and there comes the temptation! One by one the dishes came, tom yum seafood soop, deep fried calamari, hot plate tofu, etc!!! One by one my 100 baht notes start flying away to the bapok Jenny who is one big fat she-male who collects money at the counter... Men definitely got turn off by he/she/it? I called her IT, cos IT is 不男不女... Soon i began indulging in the fantasies of oily food and began trying more freezies such as bandung freeze, coffee freeze, lime freeze, mango freeze, too many to list... SOOO SINFUL!!! everyday 100 baht fly to canteen... there are people who spend like 2 to 3 times more than me lol...

Cannot reveal much bout the training here but i endured with my teammates a 7 day long outfield.. Thailand weather is rainy and sun is hot... The dogs there eat our faeces lol... Seen lots of cows and they even ran past our camouflage! Got lots of mosquitoes...

R & R! Went to floating market haha... beautiful place.. Eat the super crispy goreng pisang there.. Super UP!! After that went to some snake farm watch ppl fight with King cobra and other poisonous snakes, with some pythons.. This kind of demonstration singapore dun have, so it is my first time seeing cobra shows and it is a good experience.. Went to river kwai bridge next to take a look.. It is a raiil way bridge and the railway is called the Death Railway, built way back into 1942 when WWII occured.. learnt bout the history of it as that place is also a memotial

2nd day went to watch crocodile show and started seeing man put their heads and arms into the mouth of the crocodile? Went to thailand wax museum next and the art is spectacular..
the wax figures look super real and resembles real human.. The artists seemed to have breathe life into them..

So after 2 days of short R & R time to fly back to singapore after a hectic 3 weeks.. The moment we reached Singapore ground, the word ORD LOH appear in my mind haha... ORD LOH!!! To be exact it is 11 days left haha! Ah siang also ord 12 days later! Glad our army lives going into completion and become operational ready as NSmen of the future!

Alex dun be sad, will be your turn in Feb.. meanwhile i shall embark into a new phase of life which is Uni.. ORD, Back to study, Got degree, so happy, can't forget, days in army, with my rifle and my buddy and me~!

first of all.....a big SORRY to u guys. SORRY!
for not been blogging for millions of years despite being the most zhuo bo person.
well, you see, i've been watching teevee...quite alot of teevees. heh. so yar. sorryyyyy!

anyway, the penang trip was fun. i'm still trying to put my mind into writing the trip after like being back almost 1 month. maybe i should get some photos from my sis's lappy. oh oh! GO LANGKAWI TO SEE EAGLES!!! 2 types of eagles only but super nice to see the soaring eagles. if i could, i'll go there for holiday. i was there for few hours which is not enough! didn't manage to see the beach, covered only i think 1/3 or lesser of the island.

school's starting soon, for me, in a few days time. time to turn on the engine, yet again. it's gonna be busy semester, and i'll miss the past slacking holidays, but i'll try my best yar!

ha ha! i'm free~! my one wk holiday has started! n i've quit the cold storage job! (temporary though.. will be goin back durin the long holiday)

omg~~ jing~ the choco cupcakes look very yummy~! make some n bring it to the chalet to let us try leh. was checkin things out for the odac chalet the moment my one wk holiday start. n i got a SHOCK! jux a period of one wk and another wkend is fully booked! so only left 28th-30th Dec for the holiday. super fast sia. hope all can make it durin tt 3 days. haha.... n the venue tt all of us are goin to meet again is ALOHA CHANGI~! haha.... hoho.... but it's not chalet K. wonder if tt shld be sadly or unsadly. this time round, it's changi seafront chalet. it's equally big but single storey n is facin the sea. maybe tt's y it's called changi seafront chalet. haha.....

hmm... why do we have this chalet out of the blue? long story.... i think 1min will be needed to tell the story. haha! one day aggy me tuck danny meet up for dinner. we chat alot. suddenly tuck n dan ask about the odac gatherin at the end of the yr. we thot of overseas trip or chalet or bbq or a posh dinner. after much consideration, chalet is taken. but this time round, i'm not the only organizin it! haha~~ tuck n dan are tkin care of it too. me only ask for attendance. bkin of chalet, buyin of food n info dispatch will all be done by tuckny. so nice of them! dunno y somehow dey remind me of chip n dale. haha...

three more days and i'm off to penang!! hehe. holiday with my family.

my chocolate fondant were successful! there's chocolate inside the fondant. i feel so proud of myself. haha. ok, it dun look very much presentable. but i can assure you, it's nice coz there's chocolate inside! warm chocolate oozing out when it's freshly done and after 2hrs out in the open. whahahahha.
it's fondant, alex. yar. fondue is chocolate which u dip fruits in....i think.

i've changed the blog songs to imeem playlist, and i put quite a lot of huan huan ai songs. i added xiao jing teng's ting hai. he sings not bad, i feel. oh yar, what other songs you guys want to hear or want to remove from the playlist?

howdy amigos im back online for a short while til 16 Sept! These days I was busy surviving out in the wild.. had a one-day Excercise Sundown. Quite a superb exp i must say.. living in the dense jungle.

So glad to see ah siang blogged haha.. where did weirong go now? Looks like weijing can also blog more now dat ur holidaying again? Enjoy ur holiday after ur difficult studies.. recharge well~ change the song! & ah siang looks happy to b busy haha..

No i did nt "holland" in the jungle thankfully.. gt some folks walked all the way from site 15 to site 8 lol.. anyway i finally exp the things u army folks r going thru & always talking bout when we all go for outings *o* Next time u all talk i can relate abit..
The highlight was killing of a quill! My god when I was holding the quill n strokin it I was thinking to myself.. "do i really wanna eat this?"
But i forced myself to pluck its head out n skinned it.. guilty all the way.. but when it was cleaned n cooked n consumed by me.. I was thinking "wah delicious man!!"
Ya such is human nature.. I cant even b guilty for more den an hr. & the rabbit meat also delicious! I'm so cannibalistic!

my first post for september! hehe. sorry for the hiatus. was pretty busy with projects and mugging. but I'M BACK! YAR! and i got almost 2 months of hols! YAY!

exams ended on thurs, think the exams were ok. hopefully, good results? 2 weeks later and i'll know how my sem went. but for now, i shall start, eh no, i already started chionging free trial games, some youtube videos. come monday, i'll start watchin huan huan ai, play around with dreamweaver, practise my guitar and bake some stuff like, chocolate fondant. yummy~. hope i'll succeed on chocolate fondant. yum yum yum! i've got so many things to do! HAHA.

haha... i'm workin less n less each wk so very soon i'll end this job.

life has been very normal.. nothing much. jux goin to sch den go home or go work. life can be as simple as that but sometimes there'll still be some hiccup. been very much deeply in thots recently. or shld we jux call it stonin? haha... lately, most of the time i'm jux starin at the air, the mind feels blank but lotsa things are runnin through it. things in the past n things happenin now.

i believe no matter how well u can relate to ur frenz, there'll still be friction. but when the friction occurs, will u jux keep quiet n let it be or jux tell ur fren frankly how u feel. wat a dilemma.. ultimately hope everything will turns out fine. really hope so! =D

I muz apologise for nt contributing for a long time as well.. I so wanted to analyse the songs 五月天&不能说的秘密.. as well as the MVs & movie.. so many things to talk bout.. but nt many freetime to type dem out. Listen to 五月天 nt becuz of the main voices but the 配音 throughout.. u will realise its superb n nicer den the real song lol.. 配音is truly a skill dats nt easy! And the movie.. v romantic but puzzling.. & i so lyk the actress dancing! I prefer short-hair gals anytime!!

The most memorable part of my homeleave was having my whole family going to a studio to take my bro's graduation photos.. my grandma is nt v well recently but I think we all still made a really nice pic. Next time u all come my hse shld haf a big potrait of my family hanging somewhere.

lately i've been visitin the blog every nite after my work. but heard nothing much from u all. maybe jux like wat alex had said, we got a tight schedule. haha... tell u all smth. whenever i feel like i cant carry on my cashier job anymore, i'll think of how we work through the ubin camps n stong trip. haha... n i feel motivated to pick myself up to work again. =D

just now i was scolded by a customer... actually i felt hurt. when i told my colleague wat happen.. i can feel tt my tears are about to flow out. it's not tears of sadness. maybe it's tears of anger.. i jux dun like one of the thing tt the jerk about using plastic bags. i was jux tryin to pack the dried noodles with the can food n the jerk said 'this is easily broken (dried noodles) and this is hard (can food) so if u pack it tgt, the noodles will break den wat do u expect me to eat? porridge? i know u're tryin to save the earth but this is not the way. u mux use ur brain... u need to use the brain to save the earth.' what the fuck. den i ended up puttin only ONE packet of noodle in the BIG plastic bag (ya~ i'm really not using my brain here). such a brainless jerk. i think he's the one w/o any brain caz obviously he's not helpin in savin the earth at all. in every plastic bag, there's only a max of FOUR items. n those are not big n heavy items. n jelita cold storage plastic bag is tt the size of the plastic bags from giant. i'm totally disgusted by him. using such crude words to a ger and using plastic bags like the earth still need to be flooded by more plastic bags. even my manager thinks he's a disgrace to guys n next time when this jerk comes to jelita cold storage again, he wants me to inform him. but he refuse to tell me wat he wanna do to this jerk. let's hope this jerk will come back to jelita soon so i'll know wat my manager is up to. i'm totally pissed off by this idiot sia~!

YES! u're right alex. i'm super busy~~ i think i'm drownin... but sadly it's not drownin in love but in WORK... omg... the cashierin job is a total challenge sia.. cashiers come n go. few stayed for long. moreover due to a recent case of theft, a cashier was sacked so all dey left was 6 full time cashiers. to add another point, there're 9 counters so even if the cashiers work from openin to closin everyday, there're still not enough cashiers. sad..... so got to work for longer hours.. now dey need to depend more on the part timers (like me) to fill up the vacancy. i've lost my life ever since i got the cashier job. no more explorin s'pore..... =( but i'm super lookin forward to the kbox session tt we gonna have!! HAHA~~~ hope to cya all soon~! =D

Recently there was an SAF day performance done by us here!! SAF Day is 1st July btw.. so anyway my performance was rather stupid dancing in a gay (metrosexual) attire. Ppl say i haf androgynous looks... wat do u amigos think?

In cas3 u dunno.. the 1 on the top was 2005 Anugerah champion! His name is Khairul something.. & he's trained as a Military Policeman.. He's much more metro den me obviously.. makeup makes him ahgua. But his voice is v v gd no doubt. The one on the btm is current Anugerah finalist Warra or something.. I asked her to act cute with me n she did haha.. the 2 of them r pretty warm for idols.. some even managed to get their numbers.. but obviously im nt interested in smsing dem..

Yup some of the kuku dancesteps.. brainless dun need talent one. Just need to wear like black gay n make a fool of ourselves. Im pretty gd at dat man.

Well anyway there was a reception after dat where we all wore nice nice clothes.. but im nt gonna put them up here.. Take too long to upload.. mayb i'll put in me frenster someday.

Anyone watched Harry Pottery & the Order of Pheonix? I think its a weak movie! To think Emma Watson & frens claim it to b the best movie so far among the series.. so many things were streamlined!! Left so many portholes unfilled.. the fight scenes were sloppy.. where's the fighting statues? Folks whu know nth bout Hairy will gt many qns marks while watching the show.. Nonetheless I like the new gal Luna Lovegood.. she has a v nice voice!

HELLO!!!!
IT'S FREAKING HUMID AND WARM!!!!!! *GRR*
seems like this blog has quieten down quite a bit eh? anyway, i've decided not to post the photos i taken at sentosa. well, 2 reasons. one being lazy to upload them up to blogger. two, it doesn't really make sense if i post tons of photos of me and my other friends on our group blog.

feeling super tired. tired of waking up at 5.40am on tues and wed, 6.30am on mon and fri and then travel nearly 2 hours. i have to admit it's a little bit draining. and i still have 2 and a half years to go. oh well. it's the price i have to pay. but school's great. i love the course, the subjects i'm taking. ok, most of the subjects. and i'm doing ok, results wise. :)

oh oh! i made rosti today, with (a lot of) help from my mum. but it's simple to make rosti. super simple. grate the potatoes and gentle fry them till crisp brown for both sides. haha. sounds simple right? well, i really can't cook for nuts.

ok. i need to do research for my project already. till the next time. :)
CONGRATS ALEX for ur license...when u get a car tell me k. i'll add u to my list of chauffeurs. =P

I had to crash a car on my way to earn it.. & dat makes me super proud to get my driving license!! Yipee.. Ya Brunei license no photo at all n easy to imitate.. well for 50bucks u can even buy one anyway.. but I earned it the hard way. Will convert to Singapore license upon returning.. meanwhile I must really say dat driving is fun!!

Leaving for thailand

Dear amigos i will be leaving Singapore to Thailand tomoro 15 June 07, therefore my hp shall be ceased till i returned.. This time no more commercial flight but a C-130.. Experienced jumping out from it but have not experience sitting in it for 3 and 1/2 hours..

Amigos, when we all are back at sg, hope we shall have a kbox session and sing till kbox go bust haha..

Heard vee will be back tomoro and it will also be her bday? Wish her a happy birthday back in singapore.. Good to have her back..

When i come back from Thailand i gonna play granado espada.. Looks like a cool game..

Sentosa!

today went to Sentosa with my friends for our individual reports which are on judging service quality. so, to experience service and to judge, we went to some of the attractions! great ~~excuse~~ reason. seriously, it has been eons since i last went to the attractions. i had zero experience with the new attractions like luge, skyride and sky tower. sentosa, to me, has unknowingly become "beach! beach! beach!" and nothing else more.

anyway, to summarise what we did,
cable car to sentosa-fort siloso-luge & skyride-skytower-cable car back
cost us each $35, not counting the photos we bought.

i had fun in fort siloso, remembering things i did there when i was 4 or so, and mimicking the wax figures. idiotic, disrespectful but fun!
oh! i like the skyride. how i wish it was snow that are below my feet, and it'll be like on a ski lift. lol.
the luge was ok. but i dun mind going on it second time nxt time. i was scared that i will buang the sides. silly me, i'm michael schumacher's god-daughter-in-my-dreams, why would i buang? HAHA.

ok. time to zzz. tired. i'll put some photos in my next entry.

On Thursday nite NDU & AFST(Air Force Survival Training) came to slp over at our camp.. i was pretty excited to meet a few of my gd frens (including my 1st BMT buddy)... n boy r they shocked to see im still alive over here. Geez I really super miss some of them.. my BMT buddy ZhiMian.. the twins who have same birthday as me YB & YT.. a Hwibee lookalike guy call Kevin.. a Tucksin lookalike guy call MarcusChow.. & of cuz Cheong RiQuan whu made it to b an AirForce pilot trainee!

From NDU to RSAF.. he's the only person who made it thru the elite ranks & transitions.. & he comes from JJ! & CSS!! Im so super proud of him! A month in Singapore & he earns $1,800 already.. I only earn the same amount being far far away..

Too many stories of the past.. I shall just share one. The one dat rushes 1st to my head when I looked at them.. hmmm which is the lucky one..
When I saw the twins' usual expressionless faces.. it so reminded me of my field camp in Marsiling.. lets just say they're afraid of alot of military things.. n yesh they r in the same section as me while we roamed around for 5 days. So we were doing contact drills with blanks.. & upon hearing dat blanks can kill in short distances.. they were like super stressedout.. esp the younger one YB. & Alamak I was supposed to prone beside him.. I realised I had to do something or else our section will sure fail the contact drill test..

Me: "YB.. 听我讲.. 不要怕ok? 不要怕just shoot.. 如果真的射到我我不会怪你的.. 可是尽量不要射我.. aim右边一点b4开枪. Relax没有事的啦.."

I dunno wat u all think but now dat I think back on it I think I was super stupid n funny to had said dat haha... he gave me a blank but scared look n agreed with me.. & guess wat! In the end during the test his rifle gt jammed n he IA all the way. Dunno whther i shld count myself lucky onot... anyway I regard him as a gd buddy & he reciprocate my feelings too which is gd.. & he's going to NTU Accountancy too! Cant wait for all this NS mess to end..

No more stories. I shall nt talk bout how ZhiMian 反锁 his cupboard on 2nd day of BMT. LOL.. or how Kevin gt all his comics with slight nudity confiscated by raiding MilitaryPolice n was fined badly.. or how we all suffered in the honour of NDU.

Yesterday was a kinda busy day. Morning there is grading of the unarmed combat, we are tested on 38 different techniques. Luckily i passed if not must RE-COURSE!!! After this i can advance to the next stage of unarm combat liao yay!! So the test ended around lunch time, so i was praying that i could be dismissed earlier for the event later at Bugis Junction. After lunch went to draw my No.1 uniform, then at around 3.30pm, we are given the green light to go off... Yay!!! Then i start to chiong all the way to Bugis Junction.. Reached around 4.30pm! Haha and i saw kinfai lol! He shopping with army frens..

Originally the album is only the blue color one which contains the cd, dvd and lyrics book.. But since the covers look so nice and is free, it is a definite must get!! Saw the queue at 4.45pm and started queueing. Queue and queue and queue, together with another fren, finally 6pm then they start to play S.H.E music.. all the 扁担宽板凳长 and the 平平仄仄平平仄 haha.. Queue is very long already when i reached, then behind me also a lot of ppl.. Never knew even S.H.E not present, their face in the covers already attracted so many ppl like me haha, so we should be proud to be S.H.E fans hor alex?

7pm and show started. By the way i was queueing at some back alley so i could not really watch the show so i just stood there waiting to redeem my covers using the two albums that i have now. Stood for half an hour liao then we are told to take out our lyrics book to check issit singapore version.. Singapore lyrics book the last page got the Bausch & Lomb advertisement.. Got one girl in front of me damn suay, her album is china version one then lyrics book dun have the advertisement.. the name of the album there is PLAY 玩耍. Shouldn't it be PLAY 播放?? I thought china mandarin power one how come the name like that.. Anyway the girl is like going to cry and i feel sad for her cos she cannot get the cover she wanted.. At 2015 the queue moved and as i move along i see many different faces, some ppl was like holding 6 lyrics books!!! Wow so hardcore!! But i am happy with one.. In the end i got a hebe and selina cover( alex if i not wrong u like selina right?)

After getting them i walked to Bugis Street with my fren, and actually found the china version on sale there!! 2 stalls some more!! Wa but it is accepted by Board of Censorship to put on sale so it is legal.. but the i周刊 ppl just wun accept so too bad.. Realise later that staying over in camp is better compared to going home as the NDP rehearsal reporting time today is gonna be early so i go back camp..

Today first time went marina bay to see the NDP ground.. Wow!! Chio!! Alex u must come back singapore to see!! From the spectator stand can see the huge huge ferris wheel on the left and the high rise buildings on the right! But on parade ground is opposite.. Brought the No.1 there and then at around 1800, there is a full sequence rehearsal in full dress.. first time wear my official No.1 in my NS life.. definitely gonna take photos..

This year is really different from last year.. Music for march in not played by military band but by Singapore Symphony Orchestra, and now the president inspect troops by means of a ceremonial land rover but not on foot!! No more face to face talk with Mr President S.R.Nathan.. they say the platform float on water and will shake a bit, so we kind of want Navy to get seasick so we can laugh at them.. but it totally never move so not fun..

I will try to blog as often as i can. Now my schedule a bit packed and is like only sunday is free.. Hope to see more ah siang blogs as time comes and all you amigos' interesting and ever-fascinating entries!! Good day! Alex must come back to see NDP hor..

Do u guys remb a short story call 毒咒 shown on Channel8 last time? Its bout this old lady whu has the power to curse ppl n in the end cursed his son to death & was very very sad.
I think I'm her real-life portrayal. I have the suaydest mouth in the entire universe currently.
Even my last entry I was bloggin bout how easy driving is n how Im having the confidence to pass.

Last nite played DotA thru the long nite.. & i was tellin me comrades dat without proper rest I think I will crash on my driving lesson today. Need mouthwash..
The lesson was all fine n dandy until I started driving back to camp.. my gancheong spider teacher kept asking me to brake n brake.. n when I finally made a left-turn (& head was looking right for vehicles).. she shouted "BRAKE!!" n lunged towards my steering wheel n swerved the car.

BANG!
I turned me head forward n saw a short tree collapsed. Around 20km/h only n the tree still fall! Drove to a safe place n inspect the damages.. Left bumper dented.. left light smashed.. & she asked me to pay! No insurance meh? & say I need to take extra lessons! Guess I have to spend roughly $200 more! My 1st accident in me life n it was wasted banging a small tree down.

I suspect its a plot set by her to deliberately smash the car. She's trying to rip me off man.

i seriously have no idea wat to blog recently. my life is "like that lor". anyway, seems like the recent blog entries by waii, alex have quite a bit of reminiscing going on. there are quite some stuff goin thru my puny brain, some memories and i guess many if onlys. but i'll just not continue any further. this ain't supposed to be an emo entry.

but, i'm glad that alex suggested having this group blog. it's a source to keep us connected despite the fact that we are on different paths. :)

anyway, since we are reminiscing, do you guys remember our first task as 24th odac? 24th AGM. there was sth we did for 23rd odac. some powerpoint? i realised this morning, i had uploaded it online. haha.

RBAF Day

Today is RBAF Day, which stands for Royal Brunei Armed Forces Day! While learning driving around their National Stadium recently.. i was able to sneakpeek their parade.. & all their commands n drills n etc. r all totally same as Singapore's. However their force only comprises of local Malays.. no Chinese Singh Indian.. There is no "I" & "ass" in teamwork anyway. My driving aunty teacher happen to served the Army for 7 yrs in her past & she attained the rank of CPL. & all the SGTs here r white-hair fogeys. Imagine waiting for like 4yrs n ur still a cao Private.

My driving test will b next week.. driving isnt really difficult at all! The slope balancing is abit tricky.. n the traffic here is like always congested.. but drivers here r all very frenly & nv use the horn, so learners haf no stress at all! Occasionally will still 死车 when the clutch was released too quickly.. but my confidence to pass is there thankfully. Besides.. all it takes is to drop a $20 phonecard if my performance turns out abysmal on testday...

One of my gd pal David from ADC just EOTed.. he is lyk the goofy clown of our Aries Club whu nv fails to cheer everyone up. He is famous 4 fighting for the rights of men & defying specialists orders too haha.. actually i only really get to know him better after his finger gt cut deeply by constantan wire (lyk my ploy in e past).. cuz i was the one he grabbed onto while his finger soaked in water(excruciating pain!) His singing voice is v smooth & one dat i always praise.. but we nv gt the chance to sing a song together much to our regrets. He always walk around naked with one hand on his crotch when he goes bathin(!!).. n we will all take turns to smack his smooth white backside haha. 白斩鸡 we call him.. & so i had my last dinner with him eating sushi.. but i din send him off but went for driving lessons instead. I thot i could make it to airport in time.. but it wasnt meant to b..
We would use to sit down n watch "Band of Brothers" together. Its funny how i know him barely 5mnths n im proud to say we r both brothers.. these days i take a long walk esp to see his bunk.. but all i could see was his empty bed. Its lyk he's nv left the bed though.. but someone will b comin over to take over his bed soon. Boohoo~

hello amigos~ how's life? hope it's been fun! =D

ytd durin work, i was on nite shift again so we did the paperwork n tabulations after closing time. i'm still a newbie so i took quite awhile to finish it. haha... by the time i'm done, all the cashiers have gone home le so only left me n my supervisor. both of us kinda have a little chat n she told me she actually prefers to work with the old batch of cashiers. so i was thinkin it mux be because the old batch of cashiers could do things faster with less mistakes but later on i realise tt's not the reason. my supervisor cont n say tt in the past, all the cashiers are always there to help one another, the faster ones will always help the slower ones, makin sure none are left helpless n dey'll always leave the place as one group. it's this kinda bondin tt makes my supervisor likes the old batch of cashiers more than the current one.

haha... after hearin her, i actually kinda feel sad.. erm... it deeply reminds me of the times tt 24th odac shared in the odac room. haha... whenever we have any activities late in the evenin times, we'll always wait for one another den march out of the sch gate tgt! sometimes even to the hawker centre to have dinner tgt! =D last nite i miss tt feelin alot... i think the warmth n bond tt comes from the companionship of each other is one of the big thing tt keeps us goin in doin anything. =D the friendship from the fellow 24th odacians always makes me look forward to all the odac sessions. n i think if there're more team spirit within our current batch of cashiers, i'm sure everyone will be lookin forward to work everyday. =D

recently from the national geog ch., i found out tt human are naturally tunned to seek comfort n affections through companionship. haha... we jux cant live without campanions, can we? if given a choice, i believe no one would like to lead lives alone. so let's share our love with frens n family ard us startin from now if we're ever guilty of not doin so for the last decade! haha...

haha.. aiyo weirong... not work until see stars, i'm sayin seein stars up the sky. MRT rail technicians work at nite one mah so dey'll have a chance to look at the nite sky for the stars when dey work. haha... n ya cashier will make u see stars even if it's daytime... =D I alr got my own cashier no.! haha.... so i've been tendin to those big counters alone for 2 days le. not bad la.. the job is kinda repetitive.. always scannin, swipin n keyin.. sometimes have to face the blackface of the customers when u do things slightly slower. hai... if weterners can lead a slow pace life in their own countries den y not in s'pore too? y do dey have to show the black face when the cashiers jux do the keyin-in, scannin and packin abit slower? dun understand..

tokin bout doin crazy stuff... haha! very long din do anything crazy le~! miss doin them sia.. ya lor alex i agree tt we shldn't oppress our craziness! if not will really get 内伤. haha... i rmb one of the crazy thing i've done is to pon lesson in the middle of the day n go orchard to manicure. It's some great times...

Was online on 21st May Monday nite to rest for my ippt the next day.. so started chatting with frens when nth to do online. Was chattin with my classmate Wanyi.. so she asked bout some NDP tix stuffs.. n i told her i want the tix 4 myself cuz im comin back in August specially for it haha. & she said this time we shld meet up with classmates n nt secretly come and secretly leave(Policy of Isolation).. & i was lyk.. I think i haf nth to say to my classmates.

04S14.. a class of elites i must say.. im proud to come from the class no doubt.. but my classmates were all super muggers dat nv really clicked with me. My idea of fun was games n activities.. most of their ideas' were solving TYS & thinkin of qns to stump our teacher. Such an environment is positive for studyin definitely..... so wanyi said we shld really just meet so long nv meet sure haf somethings to say.. & i asked her...
"What's the craziest thing you've done with our classmates?"

"nth ba". I can think of none either. Nt really none to b truthful.. but no striking memorable moments. Taking back test papers n comparing scores mayb?

Crazy enough to get all bloodied n act dying waiting to b rescued.
Crazy enough to stay under the sun whole day at Sentosa & itch n shred skin for the next few days like mad.
Crazy enough to lip-sing 温柔, act cute, & get it all filmed & played on AGM nite.
Crazy enough to perform a super last-min song with kinky dancesteps & having jing n bee to help judge.
Crazy enough to go see Project Superstar LIVE with hardly any seats left n had to sit anywhere.
Crazy enough to stay back in JC everyday to study.. do 100pushups & 100chinups together.
Crazy enough to study halfway go grandstand to gossip n sing songs from 十一月的萧邦.
Crazy enough to sing in sch everyday just to get my 假音.
Crazy enough to climb every JJ ladder, explore rooftops n take photos.

-i'm having a sexy voice now which i think is due to the newater i drank
-i went to the istana and had "tea with the president" which was actually dinner.
-i dun like wearing my court shoes for a long time even tho i had no blisters problem
-the buttons on my oversized blazer came off and a guy who was younger than me mended the buttons for me
-"i say" game is rather fun
-i'm tired and i want to sleep now so i'll stop here

My Long Week

Yay! 21x!!! Last year it is 20x when alex saw them, this year is 21x!!! Blackjack!!! Was kinda excited about it when the results are out on tuesday!! Efforts are well paid off!! Heard that this year the tee-shirt design would gonna be a spade (not heart, club or diamond) and a jack... Not some ugly 20x that someone may mispronounce it as 2 ox? Lol...

It seems meaningful to win, but however my freedom is going to kiss me goodbye. Night trainings surfaced, saturday become working days... Lesser night off, saturday byebye.. In the future every saturday and maybe a lot of wednesdays have to go suntec, marina bay.. All these is just to appear on National TV on 09 Aug.. Last year alex turn this year my turn... Sorry tomoro burned may not make it to boonhwee odac gathering!!! sorry

Whole week full of events, and full of bodyaches, thats why feels super long.. Monday to friday always roll on grass, got throw here and there, and also got throw ppl here and there.. everybody end up here pain there pain also cannot complain.. Just bear with it... Lessons always start super early and physical demanding, still got like 3 weeks to go lor lol..

Monday and tuesday also went for refresher on my parachuting, cos thursday got jump.. instructor less strict than previous when on course.. Cos we are like kind of old soldier liao.. Thursday got jump in afternoon.. Board this plane called Fokker 50, made me feel like vomitting, and whole body feel numb.. the ride is terrible.. Stuck in air for like half an hour b4 safety measures allow us to proceed with the jump (previously wind too strong).. to me at that moment, exitting the aircraft would be heaven if not i gonna puke all the way in the plane if i got to hold on longer, got one guy already puke lol!! once again for the fourth time, i find myself playing in the air, fly here fly there hahaha!! 11 months no jump now jump again feeling quite shiok.. Fifth time coming soon, in thailand yay!

Thailand will be my next destination, dun be jealous i always got overseas trip.. u all think i want one meh? haha.. will not be in singapore from june 15th to end of june.. go there jump again.. why dun they let us go taiwan again??? I will love taiwan forever..

Waii u mean MRT technicians fixing the rails will work at night till they see stars( unconscious)?

Day2 as a Cashier

For day2, it was a night shift for me, from 6pm to 10+pm. I like it alot actually. Haha.. always fascinated bout workin at nite so when i was young, my dream was to have a job tt requires me to work at nite. Haha... so i thot of workin as those MRT techinicians whereby u need to travel on the rail to fix them at nite when everyone else are asleep. Hoho~ imagine how nice is tt! To be able to work quietly n peacefully while enjoyin the nite air n the stars... Wah! Super nice! =D

After tonight, i realise the hectic situation tt happens on mon only happens on mon! haha.. and also fri, sat n sun la. Tue, wed n thur are totally different. Not crowded at all, very relax. Haha... so tt's y i learn quite alot of stuff jux now. Mon is simply too busy for my mentor cashier to explain anything to me so all i did was to help him to pack the grocery n see wat he does to the cash, card etc. Tonight i finally understand the procedures of handlin the cards n vouchers. Quite cool! Manage to serve two customers today. My mentor cashier wanted me to try tt, to truely experience the job of a cashier. Haha... it's a very nice feelin wor! n the beep! sound from the scanner can be quite addictive. Haha... my mentor cashier told me he's alr addicted to tt! Manage to also know wat cashiers do after closin. Hmm... it's quite a 麻烦 job to do closin for cashier. Lotsa summary receipts to be printed n lotsa cash to be count. All these closin will tk ard 30min. Quite long. But pretty simple. Luckily. =D

Anw... after everything is done for the nite, i left (obviously) and went to the caltex tt is beside the cold storage to buy some drinks. I bought Vitasoy! Haha... so after a nite work, there i was enjoyin the vitasoy while waitin for the bus at the quiet bus stop in the peaceful nite under the shiny moon. haha... nice!

1st Day as a Cashier

Wah~~~~~ after experiencin a cashier's day, admin job can never be simpler! If u feel tt being a cashier is no kick, i'll advice u to think twice. Erm.. maybe thinkin alone is not even enough, u'll have to experience it urself! Y complain bout sittin on a comfy chair all day long when all the cashiers have is the small area of floor to STAND on? For full-time cashier, the amt of time spend on work is almost the same as those workin in the office. The only diff is tt for all the time the office ppl spend sittin down, the cashiers are standin up. Not to mention the 6-digit code tt we have to know for the all the fruits n veggies... for cold storage (FYI, ppl likes to buy fruits n veggies at cold storage so it's no longer the easy scannin job tt i assumed) The cashier whom i was learnin from today needs to work from 10am to 10pm. poor thing. n it's suppose to be quite a long term daily thing unless cold storage manage to recruit more full-time cashier.

Today within the first 7hrs of work, all the cashier had for break was jux a 15min one, not even a proper 1hr-noon-chit-chat-lunch break because the customers jux keep flowin in. n yes! Flow is definitely a gd word to describe the customers as well as the items scanned n packed considerin the quantity n speed of things come n go. Fast-paced sia~ we shld really respect cashiers. dey truely worth every little bit of it esp those workin in jelita cold storage.

Out of the 100% shoppers in jelita cold storage, ard 80% are westerners n dey usually have a habit of doin grocery only once a wk so u can imagine how much things dey've bought! the transactions are usually over $100. -_-" I was stunned. n dey sure have multiple ways of payin for the bill includin some extraordinary ones. The no.1 place for funny ways of billin in a supermart definitely goes to usin a CHEQUE. -_-" I was stunned again. Durin one of the transactions, the lady jux took a cheque bk out n started writin a cheque for the counter in the supermart. Now i still feel tt it's quite amazin. At one pt of the day, the cash box even happens to have over $2k in it! wah! -_-" I was stunned again again. Today for the whole day at work, i kinda feel tt i'm livin in another world, the World of Cashiers~ 0_0''

once again.... being a cashier in a supermart esp those mega ones is definitely not for the faint hearted. hai. but who cares? haha... i jux like to be a cashier! as someone says 'The important things were never easy. That was what made them important.' i totally agree with tt.

Wow song-writing is actually quite addictive... so i scrapped the old anyhow wrote one n really sit down to write this thru last nite, gettin the 押韵 right n stuffs. Yesh!! S.H.E's new album is finally out & they're getting better & better!! All the songs r so creative n nice!! Im so super proud to be a hardcore S.H.E fan!! We dun need to look for 我怀念的 among a list of repetitive songs muahaha~~ Even the 7-11 song sounds so nice~ 飞轮海 on the other hand shld all go home n train harder.. OK. As the title of this entry suggests.. i shall now reveal a sad incident dat occured.

ORBITUARY

My dear Canon digital IXUS 430 passed away peacefully on Thursday 10th May 2007. He has dearly sticked with me for the past 3yrs & took wonderful shots dat will forever b cherished by me. Im so sorry dat I lost his two children (CF cards) on 30th Dec 2005.. but he cont to serve me well in taking many, many more excellent photos n videos. SSG Fabian did an autopsy n declared dat it had died of old age (digital cameras haf lifespan of around 3yrs..) His lithium battery, CF card & LCD screen had been dissected n will b donated to my next adopted digital camera which will b accquired in August during my home leave.

Im nt exactly sad hearing it had died of old age. At least it din die becuz I dropped it n it smashed to smithereens. I will miss u camera.. more so the $599 I spent on u!

No funeral or cremation services will be held. Lets just all pray dat he has gone to a better place where all metal thingys go. Goodbye.

Play Is Out!

Applied for sick leave today, cos high fever started from wednesday till today, then only today then start to get better.. Now my throat aching like mad... The sad thing is that i have never gotten an attend C in my NS life until today, marked 05/11, also the released of the 期待已久的 Play! healthy record broken by a stupid flu virus which enters my body straight after i came back from Taiwan..

Spent my sick leave at home, watched lots of anime that i missed during my absence. Today watched Naruto Movie 3, Death Note episodes 27, 28, 29, 30 & Naruto Shippuden episode 13. I watched Bleach & One Piece for yesterday..

S.H.E previous album release dates proved to be later than Taiwan release dates by a few days. I remembered having to make at least a few trips to check whether has it been on sale or not... Stupid me! But today, since at home nothing to do besides watching anime i just called CD RAMA JE and Jurong Point MJ to verify that the album is on sale, cos dun wanna make wasted trip like last time. Both sides said yes and i quickly informed waii, and we agreed to meet at JE 2030 to buy. Just b4 waii came i saw my ex-secondary sch mate Marcus. He said he going to play pool ask me to tag along but S.H.E album priority also first so i say later go find him..

Waii bought first and she got a photobook! Well, I bought 2( one for u alex) and i got a jigsaw puzzle, photobook and a cd single( Some 7-eleven song sung by S.H.E and Fahrenheit called Always Open)... Lol! I thought i would get 2 photobooks but nvm i shall let alex have the jigsaw then... 77 pieces jigsaw puzzle.. Cool! (Unless U Tell ME U Buy In Brunei Liao!!?)

After waii left, i went up to K-pool, saw marcus patrick and kenneth (alex should know them??) and i ended up playing a while... Have a little chit chat b4 i headed straight home and started on my Play adventure!

消失了三个星期，我终于回来了！！Touched down at Singapore at 0006 hours 08 May onboard Flight BR1225 Eva Air... Hello all!

Bought liquor and then rushed to Belt no.22 just to welcome Singapore with both my opened arms, as well as my parents who came to fetch me home.. Today is 09 May, sorry for not blogging straight away when i m back cos i need to settle down haha.. and this day is also the day where our junior president of 25th odac hongyi fly to taiwan for training.. Wish him all the best..

Time to talk about my taiwan exp but not too much on the NS part if not government come and catch me...

The training phase is taxing to a certain extent, went to explore mountainous areas around southern parts of taiwan... I admit i like mountaineering, but i definitely do not like mountaineering with heavy loads! Super energy draining! The scenery is beautiful from mountain tops with great views of sunset! Weather there is extremely hot in the day, if never drink enough water sure kena heat exhaustion... but at night very cold must wear the gore-tex windbreaker to keep warm..In Southern part of taiwan, plantations are often seen... they got the 黑珍珠, which is a kind of mango but it is dark colored, which is why called black pearl... and the plantations are super big!! They got grow lychees also!! Chatted with the farmers during training about how long they take to grow those and stuff... they climb the steep steep knolls in their plantation just to collect harvest.. Very hardworking!! We brought money out, praying that the ninja vans come look for us out at the field! They are vans who are mobile food providers and they installed a frying pan and hot plate at each van, answering the needs of us hungry green souls. For me, i never failed to always ordered 烧肉抓饼 & 芋头牛奶 which costs a total of NT70.. Super nice!!

After the training phase, we went for a 4 hour night off in 垦丁. Keep spamming money on delicious food & drinks such as 木瓜牛奶，金针菇，fried cheesy 热狗, and something u all definitely never eat before.. 炸鲜奶！！ Crispy on the outside, tender in the inside.. Never knew u could chew milk in your mouth! 垦丁 is also a beach wear paradise! Lots and lots of shops selling beachwear and things associated to surfing.. Lots of interesting souvenirs can be bought there too.. It is one of the must come places if u all happen to come taiwan!

After all these, time for the real thing... 8 days of taxing and continuous outfields, ATEC evaluation! This time it really test our proficiency skills in battle. A tiring process but it ended somehow, with a high redcon 2A! Congrats on the results! Everybody a drop of water, together we create a tsunami!!!

After the evaluation, we jumped for joy, glad it ended... And we only can look forward to end of frame dinner and R & R!!

Went to 垦丁 for our end of frame dinner.. It is held in a ballroom, as big as the one we have our prom nite in! We watched some dances from various 原住民 tribes.. and we viewed our unit's videos of the evaluation.. Kind of touching and memorable for the teamwork that we fostered throughout the 6 months of training... However the meal is not very appetising though, onions onions and onions! LOL! But nvm since we are in 垦丁，i started roaming around filling my stomach again! Hahaha..

The following day is R & R.. woke up super early to start the brand new day in civilisation.. Headed straight to Taipei, which is 7 hours travel away.. On the bus, watched movies such as Battle Of Wits, My Super-Ex Girlfriend & Babel. My tour guide's name is 阿香, she introduced us on taiwan as we travelled along. Stopped at two factories selling all the 太阳饼，奶油酥饼，muarchee!! I buy alot back haha!! Bought muarchee for cindy cos she wants them and requested me to buy for her.. Whole day is raining like mad!! Difficult to tour around.. Went to this Leofoo Village Park which is like an amusement park with many themes but it is simply raining too heavy to tour around, end up we got wet cos we dun wanna spend NT290 on an umbrella. Went for 2 rides only haha! Below is me posing on the pony haha!

Being wet & cold we headed to dinner then to hotel, maybe i would rate it 2 star hotel, but no choice cos SAF budget.. At 8pm, me and my frens headed for 士林夜市, and really indulge in spending there.. I still like to take their MRT there, so convenient! And taiwanese are also very disciplined, they line up in front of the MRT doors in straight lines, and even on escalators they kept to the right hand side so that ppl in a hurry would have a left clear path to walk on.. If u happen to see someone standing on the left side blocking the path, definitely is a Singaporean or Malaysian! If Singapore is able to maintain half as much discipline, Singapore MRT would make a way better transport.. That night still raining, cannot do much, only shop around nearby shops and buy shoes and clothes..

Next day woke up and headed to Yeliu, to look at the 女皇石, even though last year visit b4.. Through years and years of wind erosion, the stone start to shaped like a queen..Below shows the me with my grp of friends and the stone.. look like a queen hor?

Watched dolphin and sealion show at Ocean World later, then headed for lunch.. After that went to Mirammar Mall which is well known as the second largest built ferris wheel on top of a building..

Lots of shops there, and there is a cinema too.. Shop around for clothes cos i realise my wardrobe inside getting full of unwanted clothes.. After the shopping there, went to Martyr's Shrine to watch the guard duty change over ceremony.. Lots of precision drill involved..

Dinner was after that and then alighted from the bus at 士林 again!! Finally not raining, can shop till i drop! Bought clothes and clothes! Got one shop selling everything at NT 133 for anything clothes u can find in the shop.. The clothes not of bad quality but they selling so cheap becos they closing shop.. Thinking it is a big rip off, i decided to buy whatever i can but i end up not buying anything.. nothing looks nice in there.. i think i m too late to get all the good stuff.. the shop is full of customers though..

Last Day of R & R!! Free & Easy Woohoo!!! Went to 西门町， bought lots of stuff there... spent alot of money playing the 抓抓, trying to fish for soft toys that i liked. Actually i only play becos of the fun of it but not the soft toys, but still i got win some soft toys! I played till i even attracted big crowds behind my back watching me play. The pretty taiwanese girls working in the shop are even supporting me. The biggest toy i got is the 熊抓. Last year i got one too!! so i got 2 now haha!! I gave all soft toys to my sisters.. After that continue to shop for more shoes and clothes.. until time is up to return to SG..

我真的爱死台湾了！！！西门町去一百次都不会sian!!!

我来说一说台湾人，那里的女生服务生又漂亮又热情，they chant the words 欢迎光临 everytime a person stepped into the shop. They are very outspoken, and i end up usually chatting with them and i enjoyed that. There are more female than male in taiwan. Males are not so good looking there. The females are very good looking (still cannot compare to Hebe cos she is still my very best).. There is also this girl who looks like Makiyo trying to sell mickey mouse pens and notebooks for NT199 which is equivalent to SG$10 sia... super ex!! end up i refused to buy and she called me 小气.. heck care!! Dun think use 美人计 trick me into buying!!hahaha!!

S.H.E, where are u when i m in taipei? 29/4 they are in taipei, 05/5 to 07/5 i m there.. 难道我们八字不合？ Yes i m looking forward to their new album play!! I saw big big ads of them in taipei!! Samuel & Kevin 代言人！ 7-eleven also!

Album coming out in 2 days, excited to buy it and indulge in listening.. Recently i m hooked up to the song 五月天，going to become one of my favorites! In Taiwan TV, whole day i m watching S.H.E commercials! Bausch & Lomb!!! haha! found this game on the webbie! sure alex will like it alot! My high score is 4700, u all can easily beat me... Hey I'll luv to explore Singy too!! God i really miss home.. Absence totally makes the heart fonder. i miss all the food.. the places i frequent.. the ppl i know.. if internet doesnt exist i think i'll die of homesick. I nv knew i love Singapore so much until i came all the way here. All the stuffs bout nt cherishin wat u haf r so true.. lemme openly declare now dat I LOVE SINGAPORE!
Actually going to gym is a great test of discipline.. nt many ppl can stand goin there torturing urself with the heavy weights. Just this week I gek too much my nose bleed abit sia. Internal vessel burst i guess.

helo amigos~! i'm back~~~ & ALIVE! haha... exam is finally over le. can relax abit now until we reveive our results. haha... got lotsa things tt i wanna do durin this holiday. i wanna go to the zoo, ubin, treetop, parks n some unknown places in s'pore! still rmb there used to be a prog called 'Hey Singapore!'? hahaha... i wanna make a waii's version of it this holiday. i think there're still many places in s'pore tt we have not explored before.

yes alex... i miss the gd all days in ubin with odac too~~ so maybe all of us cld really go to ubin again! haha... alex ah~ seriously i think ur timin deprove is because u eat too much! but still still hope tt u can achieve ur dream of increasin ur muscle mass. hmm.. seems like most of the guys nowadays like to have more muscles. even my cousin n brother frequent the gym now. maybe the metaility is almost the same as how gerz always want to be super slim. i haven really thot about the top10 countries tt i wanna visit but i sure got the no.1 position in my mind! No.1 goes to~ ALASKA!! my dream is to be there to see aurora.

My height is 1.78m. Weight 60kg. BMI roughly 19. Ppl look at me & say im skinny. So i try to beef up by keep going to gym & eating lots lor.. Thru the mirror i couldnt see any improvements.. well we cant see how much we've grown anyway. the weighin machine still says 60kg no matter how i eat. I think i haf the "cannot-grow-fat" disease..
But recently.. my runnin is worsening.. timing for 5km droppin for no apparent reason.. from 18.30 to 19.50 at worst.. dunno why.. until my respectable Coxswain came over n told me
"You're putting on muscle mass.. dats why now ur heavier to run!"
YAY! I totally believe wat he said man.. cuz he's like so freaking fit n muscular i think he eat sunken ships for dinner. Those dat disppear in Bermuda Triangle. Who needs to run ultra fast now? But I still look the same in the mirror I think.

Chatted with David bout his Gunung Tahan exp.. i so want to climb it after I ORD! It sounds so fun.. with a much longer journey n better sights to see! Can further test our limits n my skills in droppin holes but escapin alive.. & heard from him theres this 100mountains trail in Japan with real snow at the summit of most!! I nv touch snow b4 abit mountain tort sia.. shall aim to climb these 2 nxt yr.......
I so want to go so much dat I dreamt a bunch of us went climbing Tahan dat nite.. just some flashing images of us climbin n climbin lol. Climb n climb.

Think the smaller poorer Brazil football clubs juggle kidneys when they r bored.
Nonetheless I've shortlisted 10 top countries I wanna visit in my life: Japan, Germany, France, Dominican Republic, S.Korea, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, U.A.E. Mayb someday I'll b filthy rich to travel around.. if nt i've also shortlisted 10 top singapore kopitiams to eat. Nt bad also.

Seems like entries are getting lesser and lesser, haven been really trying to blog nowadays but still going to make effort to blog once in a while. True, Mr Ah siang haven given us a long blog and not only dat, someone besides me also missing for quite some time (roll eyes)... Haha this shows that i 've been reading this blog... wish it dun die out and will last longer...

The terrible hectic army life is left with 7 months to go, and my university life is gonna start with me being clueless whether the courses i picked will accept me. 7 months seems so near yet so far, still need to go overseas at least 2 more times. Like it or not i will be in ROC next week to undergo an evaluation to determine the next path in my life in NS, whether will it be a smooth one from then on or a bumpy ride with more things involved will depend on next week le... Either stand proud with heads looking upon the sky, or heads down chin on chest preparing to suffer more. With all this thinkings it is better that we do our best to retain our achievements for the past few years.

ROC can be very fun! I am gonna spend alot of money stocking up on food! Muah chee, 太阳饼，奶油稣 and all the instant noodles that SG cannot find... Wah all these makes my mouth wet... Still must buy lots and lots of clothes back for next year new year to wear haha. Buy all S.H.E collectibles if i happen to see some (alex if i can i will get some for you too). Failed to see S.H.E the last time but still see Sweety, but i wanna see S.H.E!!! Below is which i saw them last year..

Anyway, I Recently hooked up to this game called audition, didn't know vee also got play haha. Just started last weekend and continued playing this weekend. I m not that pro yet but i m going to learn fast and defeat all obstacles haha. Right now i m lvl 7 novice, going to earn super alot of DEN(the currency used in the game) to buy super nice clothes for my character.. My character in the game is female anyway haha.. but maybe i will quit after some time. My classmate of 04s15 Zhiwei and my army fren also given up on this game... Haha dun mind u all can try it, test coordination skills between eyes hands and ears, see how pro can u be.

Recently on Apr 04 there is an outing for the battalion to go Pulau Ubin for cycling. Still remember the days ODAC went ubin together for all the various activities, Selection camps haha. We have a treasure hunt going on and need to ride to various checkpoints to complete several tasks. It is all in a morning's work and we got sunburn... Still dun really know how to cycle so have to tag along with a 2 person bike.. after Ubin is OTOT, I go back camp swim half an hour make myself looked more tanned then go look to city area for the super ex military sunglasses. Quite interested to buy a pair because only allowed to be bought by ppl serving army. Good looking sunglasses but price tag high even it is discounted. Shopped around in Suntec after that for canned food to bring to ROC.

A week back, my fren got some good free entry tickets to MOS, so i said i dun mind going and wow the place is filled with ppl. First time going there so it is kind of a wonderful experience to have. All the second hand smoke inhaled gonna make my pathetic life shorter anyway haha..

Update on the ferris wheel, it has a circular shape now and going into completion soon but it is expensive... One ride per person need around $60? the wheel is nice to look at when u travelling on ECP haha... It has a monstrous size!!! No photo available so sorry...

Nth to do after office & training hrs but come online to write nosense.. even though my arms r aching terribly now. & today is my 1 yr anniversary serving RSN!! I still remb vividly the day i enlist.. & now im a 1 yr-old soldier!

Everyone has their idols.. but how crazy r u over them? Do u remb when u start to like dem? How much do u know bout dem? Have u ever met them? Talk to them?
I remb the 1st time i saw S.H.E was on cable channel 51.. & the MV was 冰箱.. my bro said "wah new grp.. 把大象放进冰箱有几个步骤.. wat the!!" & i was lyk so sure its another silly grp created to earn some quick money b4 disappearin..
A few months later a song call 热带雨林 hit singy & become v famous.. i practically tune in to 933 everyday just to wanna hear dat song. Initially i wasnt sure who the singers r.. just know its a production of 周&方.. den when i realised it was by them i was still sure they wouldnt last long..
den came 美丽新世界.. in case u nv had this album b4 9/10 songs in it were super nice!! & there were MVs showing each gal as a main character with their stories.. & hebe just got a new attractive haircut. I couldnt resist but buy my 1st dvd in me life.. & by them they r simply 无可取代 in my heart!!
Ever since then i bought all their respective cds & dvds.. went to all their 签唱会s.. shook all their hands & talk to them.. to the extent dat Selina sometimes recognise me! Sometimes is the key word.. She's really sweet.. I think I'll name my 2nd daughter Selina.
S.H.E also gave me alot of memorable exp in life.. i got to know Meiling so much better becuz we both liked S.H.E.. hanged out with Sarah cuz of S.H.E (I'll name my 1st daughter Sarah).. lets just say they played a huge part in my young CSS days..
Many ppl criticised & said they cant sing.. dats becuz they haven been payin true attention to their singing!! S.H.E has one of the best female 合音.. another is 蜜雪薇琪.. they often gave me the gossebump feelings dat 有感动到我. I remb XiangZ used to say they wun last 3 more yrs back in 2002.. & i told him Ayumi wun last 3 more yrs back in retaliation.. guessed we both no 眼光.
Everything associated with them I preserved nicely at home.. my dream is to 50yrs down show my grandchildren whats S.H.E's bout with near perfect condition of their merchandise.. hmmm
I like the way how S.H.E can stay pretty without moving onto sexy.. the 不想长大 feelin is really remarkable. Hence i conclude i like S.H.E for whu they r & nt how pretty they look.. u nv see them in revealing coustumes anyway.
All of S.H.E's studio and compilation album covers display an "oxalis", the symbol for the group. It looks like a clover. Selina's real name is Colla.. Hebe is Anita.
Many of their songs remind me of the gd past whenever i hear dem.. 美丽新世界 reminds me of Yongxin singin dat at the CSS bus stop after sch.. 无可取代 & Always On mY Mind reminds me of Sarah.. Yay today is my 3months' anniversary out of Singapore.. time really flies.. but still nt flying fast enough.

Brunei is really a boring place.. much as though I like my work here.. but there's really like nth going on at all. Monday we went to Brunei's famous Labi waterfall.. & i was expecting it to b a huge one like the one at Gunung Stong.. but

i must admit brunei is v rich n haf beautiful monuments & seas too..

i remb when i was v young & my parents brought me out shoppin at JJ marketplace there.. i used to live just right beside JJ. So they were shopping for clothes & i was sitting on a kiddy ride.. lalala.. den when it ended i just sat there for quite a long time. Got fed up & when into the shop look for them.. couldnt find them! & i did wat no child will do sia. I walked home myself.

I reached home me ah ma open the door & was shocked to see me all alone. No handphones at dat time.. when my parents reach home 2hrs later both were tired at lookin for me. They din scold me or whatsoever.. & i din feel guilty too.. bt nowadays when i recall back I felt somewhat bad. CAnt recall whether they were worried nt.. anyway sorry for sharing such a boring story.

I think the 专属天使 nt playing signals dat its bout time to change a new song!! S.H.E's new album is comin out in May!! Den i predict their songs will mostly hit Kbox at around August just in time for me home leave yay! Mayb they'll come for their 签唱会 around dat time too?

personally, i think i don't. on the other hand, my mama remembers! she can tell me wat she did with her siblings, my ah ma and gong gong when she was young. "last time i blah blah blah blah blah"...."when i was seven, gong gong and ah ma bring me to blah blah blah blah blah"

i wonder, ain't i the young one who is supposed to have better memory than her? but...i can't remember things that happened like 10+ years back, yet she can remember things that happen 30++years back! why like that?!

i guess that is why diaries and blogs exist. to take note of the things that happen, good or bad, in case one forgets.

Whee~~ It's time for my weekly, lengthy contribution to our blog. Today I wanna talk bout 4 of my fav things: alcohol & singing; xiaxue (ya haha) & photography. Junyue's sitting beside me while Im typing all these so I feel somewhat uncomfortable.. but the story must go on!
B4 i start, ah siang can u also give us a long entry in future also haha. All those whu r busy studying... jiayou wor!! & I saw on weijing's blog dat POTC III is coming soon! with Mr. 周润发 acting as a proud Singaporean.. wait til he hears bout our rising GST. Take care of ur jaw too! Kesiian sia.. & bee, katrina told me in May Sabah is gonna haf some exciting village thingy dat is world-renowned.. but i dunno bout it.

Friday 30th March: our camp had Happy Hour at nite! Pretty boring but I was forced to participate in some v challenging activity.. gonna go one round a table without touchin the floor! From top roll to bottom n climb back up. Quite an original thing to play i must say.. & happy to receive prize when i complete. So after everythingy we stayed to sing (as usual)! At 1st i wasnt able to peak.. but later i discovered a winning formula to sing well!!
You guys must have heard bout Superstar judges talkin bout singing without minding the audience n just enjoying.. but haf u ever wonder hows dat possible? We mind how ppl think we sing all the time WAT!
The trick I discovered was to drink (actually mayb only applicable to me).. lol.. & so i drank Smirnoff vodka 40% alcohol until i was half-drunk: my body is uncontrollable but mind still clear.Haha sounds impossible I know.. but I was at this stage where I will even dance to the music of 第二天堂. So when I picked up the mike to sing 豆浆油条... I swear it was the best vocal performance I ever had in my entire life. All the right notes hit well.. & i sang with the correct tones n emphasises throughout.. & all the while I was half-drunk & enjoying myself like nobody cares bout me. Mayb next time I shall drink vodka b4 going audition.

I found this pic in Xiaxue's blog.. ya i know many ppl out there hates her to the core. I find her ok la.. nt just becuz of her looks mind u.. i dun read the 2 Dawns' blog at all even though they r prettier.. but becuz she blogs pretty interesting & hilarious stuffs sometimes, n her social life is somethin we normal student-route ppl r missin. Her life is always bout partying! Ideal social life isnt it.

So in this pic she is criticising how teenagers these days like to take such "disgusting" photos.. & i realise I also commit many of the errors she fault sia haha.. angle smile.. eyes big big.. eyebrows raise raise.. hmmm.. how now brown khow?
Many ppl think some r born with gd looks n r photogenic etc etc.. the truth is dat how u look in front of a cam is a skill & nt a talent! & we all know skills can b perfected.. & the only way is to take more photos lor. SO dun try to hide next time when ppl take ur photo.. its a lifelong learning process to perfect ur face haha... for ur eventual funeral photo. Oops i meant criminal photo. I mean.. ur wedding photos! I dun wanna open my eyes bigbig when i stand next to my bride sia lol.. like marrying her 死不瞑目

going to be the one who blogs the most. but i guess alex has won me alr. oh well.

waii sms-ed me this afternoon asking me if i wanna work since it's the hols for me.
i rejected her based on 3 reasons:
1. i am a slacker.
2. why work when after studying i have to work for the rest of my life?
3. i got pre u sem commitments.

i realised i have a 4th reason,
my hols ends on 22 apr. haha. so work for less than one month, a bit -.-''' ?

anyway, i told my mum. and she kinda "chided" me for my 2nd reason.
"work now gain experience mah"..."you lazy leh"....it goes on...
it's not the first time i said such crappish stuff/reasons/excuses and i got nagged at/chided/scolded. my sis told me off once coz i stupidly said "i rather study than work."

i seriously dun like to work. i see my bro working, refusing to quit when his school starts like in 2-3wks time. i think, crazy brother. or is it me who is the crazy one? but i do accept the cycle that after graduating i have to work for the rest of my life or the fact that i do have some internships in my studying life. i accept all that. but i dunno, to work on "voluntary" basis, i wun do it. you wun catch me saying, i want to work because i got long hols.

maybe, i was a coolie in my previous life, someone who slogs day and night. or perhaps i was a bull. or!!! i could also be a rich kid/princess/prince/royalty who don't have to work at all. haha. ok....i've gone too far.

maybe i am really the crazy one.

Yipee this is my 10th entry! I contributed 10/37 entries we had wow.. sorry ah simply nth to do here but type rubbish. I was boliaoz & typed a short prologue to a story titled "Fruck". Read it only if ur bored... Long & boring entry to pass me time.

The title of this story might suggest a violent novel or a pointless book discussing controversial topic of its "F"-relative's diversification and meanings, but I as the author has clearly better things to do with my spare time. No, it is not about romance, or action, or anything that pops into your mind as you read this. It is about something so terrible, so hideous that I suffer from the horror to recall the things that no one tries to, for the benefit of all.
See, Fruck is like the "Anarchist Handbook", so full of evil content yet educational! Lessons are everywhere as you will grow to understand the flaws of such a disastrous Homo Sapien ever to walk Earth. You must of course persevere and read on, braving the horrendous actions and aftermath inflicted by Fruck. I advise those with weak constitution to stop reading this book and head home into the safe comfort under your blanket. For those who are foolish enough to venture on, I wish you good luck! I will not be under any legal obligations to compensate you should you become permanently... distorted by this story. For those who choose to give up already, hey come on I'm just kidding ok? Read it for your own good folks!
Fruck is... beyond description. He was probably forsaken by God on the day of his creation and sent to Earth to punish the sinful human race, more so us the unlucky teens hailing from the small Asian red dotty island of Singapore. He has no physical disabilities, but his mental ones are all-up haywired. I apologise if I offended any physically disabled people, but this comparison that I had just made is a definite must. A normal person he is, yet behaving way worse than the most pathetic creatures you can think of(are you thinking of Patrick Star and Spongebob Squarepants like me?).
Ah yes, I am just a young teenager. All my perspectives of this whole affair of Fruck are discussed and concurred by all my trusted friends, and I feel socially obliged to lead other teens out of mental attitudes and predicaments pitfalls that Fruck had happily walked in. Nevertheless, I believe the lessons can enrich adults as well, well basically everyone can benefit from Fruck.
Are you ready to embark on such a quest of self-improvement? Let us laugh and learn along the errors of Fruck!

Wah after typing those paragraphs I felt bad & couldnt cont the story. I also have lotsa flaws too man. & u really think Im so free to write a story on the "Special One"? & i cant believe Singapore started building dat thing when I was away. Looks cool

I went for a short holiday & snorkelling crash course with some frens some days ago.. the snorkelling exp was interesting but there was nth to see from where we snorkelling la. So mayb after we ORD we can all find bee to org us something? We also went bowling & visiting bird park.. can go my frenster acc to see some photos if u wan. & yes.. Im finally gonna learn how to drive a car!

Everyday when I look into mirror I see disturbing white hair dat r too short for me to pluck out meself. In the past me mom will help me pluck them out.. sobx nobody to help me now.
Every small white hair matters.. no matter how insignificant they may b. True they r powerless to wat I can do to them.. & they r perhaps deemed wrong compared to the black hair. But on a balding guy, every white hair is being cherished deeply.
You might nt b able to get things right or make an impact in a situation, it doesnt matter. It is just a steppin stone of ur life.. we r still young! When NDU refuses to class me up, I was sad 4 quite sometime.. eventually i realised I had done my best & now Im happily receiving overseas pay here in Brunei (or Brunie according to mavis haha) 塞翁失马，焉知非福 sia.
We are all occasionally white hair.. unwanted, nt favoured by Lady Luck (with her beautiful hair), nth is right for us. But stick out long enough.. & a colour dye will come along eventually to colour us up. Colour our lives with vibrancy. We just have to hang on & dun get plucked off by adversity.

Looks like there are more folks to salute the next time we have an outing.. I wonder who they r bringing to their ball. congrats to them but sobz to myself.. I shld have headed for Tekong right from the start with Weirong. Glad that he's surrendered & back to blogging.. ah siang still runnin from us. & stories to share... u have no idea dat any stories I share Fruck will beat me to it one la. I march he drive MID.. I take C-130 he talk C-3PO.. I board ship he talk bout Titanic. I take bayonet he take jackknife. I go NTU he go NTUC. Everything I say he can think of something to say which is nt even related in the faintest bit.

Battlestation was fun~~ Classified & couldn't take any photos bout the missile corvette.. so took photos of sceneries instead lor. In case u wonder how come I can take photo in military action.. I got a Letter of Authority for dat so dun worry ya. Nth much to say bout.. ship is steady but seasick is inevitable. Classified work dat I cannot reveal

I cant really recall any interesting stuffs dat happened last week.. I wonder if u amigos had watched Daisy 爱无间? In it, the gal fell for a "person" created by an assassin, but mistook a policeman as that "person". The police guy knew bout the mistaken identity but also tanteo n diamdiam & fell for her. The assassin did nt react despite knowing it but only took action to woo her after she was shot mute. Ultimately, the police detective got killed, the gal finally know dat she was in love with the assassin all along but got killed also. Sad. Go watch it~~

& weijing everytime u type 泉 i thot ur calling me sia.. lol

Forget Cyclone Porky.. I met a gal call Katrina! As in Hurricane Katrina!

Yet Another Commissioning Parade!

Haha, today me and siang went to watch another OCS commissioning parade. This time round is ah siang on the spectator stand haha. Ah siang is saying that he has been on the parade and now he wanna try the feeling of being part of the audience. Good thing to experience both sides! Next time go be either religious leader or guest of honor let the cadets salute then that will be another superb experience lor haha!

Today we reached kinda late cos i forgot what bus to take and ah siang say he never take bus there b4(he very rich always take cab). End up the parade started about 10 min then we reach. Aiyo anyway ask the ocs to save paper dun need to print anymore tix la haha cos they dun even check. Waste paper only... print more dining hall tix for us ppl la, friends cannot go dining hall meh? We entered without tix cos by right xiangjing's family waiting for us at 4.45 outside the camp to pass us tix while we still at boonlay then abit 不好意思 so ask them enter first then we just infiltrate without tix lor..

Went in there find some space and watch the whole parade a second time.. Not as grand as the first one with ah siang in there but parents sure proud one cos their 宝贝儿子 all got officer rank. From far i spotted xj and boonhwee(sorry cannot find danny) just like last time a while i spotted ah siang hor Alex? 100% confirm hor!! See all officer sure got bits of jealousy. Poor ppl like me will never become officer due to the stupid fate that i am in now... Regretful mistake... just tell my parents:" 我对不起你们当不了officer让你们骄傲!" Only chance of becoming officer is to sign on, which i rather die than do that... Ah siang boonhwee xiangjing danny all made their parents proud liao.. I am proud of them too, all growing up into mature young men to lead the nation in defence.

After the parade, went down to take photos with xj and family. His parents thank us for coming to see him haha. after a while walk around see anyone we know then say hi lor.. Ah siang in the officer world sure know alot of ppl.. after that we see boonhwee and said hi too haha.. Thought he would be too touched and cry all something but he did not.

So after everything xj parents went dining hall and now me and ahsiang with xj bro and godsis went to the buffet. Buffet same food as last time what the hell... indian style... no pork! why?? not RK house (only those who watched "no pork" vid know haha) leh!! Suddenly xj bro talks bout army stuff and we wonder why he talk bout it since we think he is younger bro but end up he already ORD!!! He older than us!!! All along we think he younger lol... After buffet ah siang left to find his friend to infiltrate the dining hall i think but i left home haha..

Sorry for not posting for a long time amigos.. had been having a hectic schedule.. too much guard duties, outfields at the moment. Realised i did not post since b4 cheena new year. And becos of guard duty cannot even have time to go the 曹格 autograph session with waii last week.. sorry waii end up queue alone.. Anyway alex glad you enjoyed yourself in brunei with lots of stories to tell.. Next time go fight with mr fruck see whose stories more powerful haha!! He got jackknife leh!!! Wahahaha!!! Time to reapply for uni(if can) too.. may be applying a course in NUS instead but not confirmed yet.. gimme one more week to think bout it.. meanwhile u can tell me what course u have in mind haha..

Wow thanks weijing for revamping the whole thingy!! This blogskin nw kinda reminds me of Constantine.. which is quite a crappy movie in my opinion. But this blogskin is nt crappy. Constantine is. The skin reminds me of the angel devil part of Constantine, which is a crappy film. But the parts I was reminded was nt crappy. Am i crappy?

Ah siang & Weirong had joined the AWOL Club apparently.. must call the MPs to catch them back here. & 曹格... yeah he's v gd. Man i so wanna go kbox to sing his songs.. Right now I can only sing 三只老虎 here.

Anyway all these angels & devils thing got me thinking.. m I a Buddhist or Christian now? or a freethinker? I go to both temples & churches.. but refuse to openly declare my religion at times. When it's dark & scary in the jungle etc.. I kinda recite some Buddhism stuffs. When I'm tired & need strength, I pray to God (Christian) instead.
I once heard Shuyi said God (Christian) is a jealous being.. u can only choose to believe in Him onot. No multiple beliefs. But if we dun believe in Him, we go to Hell. But if we are gd ppl & did no evil crimes but choose to believe in other Gods.. how come God cannot save us from damnation but instead save the serious sinners who believe in Him? Now what crappy stuff I've type so far sia.. Readers pls dun b offended by the religous issues mentioned.

Thursday played bball with Armour. I told them initially i haven played for a long time.. but when we start playing I was playing like a MVP sia. So after the 1st game end.. they were sayin I too 谦虚.. I also bit stunned by my abilities.. but den the next game onwards I really play like a guy who hasnt played bball for a long time. Funny. It's like my 专属天使 suddenly went for break. I believe everybody exp this b4.. u say ur nt gd at sumthing.. but ur performance turned out superb. When u start believing dat ur gd.. ur performance dropped to crappy.

1 week to Battlestation. I'm so excited. All the naval stuffs coming to use finally.

hi amigos~!
tonight i went to 曹格's mini concert. ecstatic sia~~
wah... his LIVE singing is jux fantastic. it feels like every note tt he sings, travels to ur heart.. got abit 温暖的感觉. haha... first time see him so upclose (sitted at the first row all thanks to my fren & the ht of the stage is only knee-length). actually he's not very ugly la, very cute! there's so much difference in him when he's singing n when he's not. when he's not singin, he's like a shy little boy, haha.. cute rite? den when he's singin, he's so~ charming. omg..
erm... n jux now when he's doin intro for one of the song, he looks at me.. wah! totally shocked. initially when he looks at me, i was wonderin 'hmm... is he lookin at me? really looks like he's lookin at me. is he?? how can it be? but i can feel that he is lookin at me. am i thinkin too much?' den my fren suddenly call me, 'waii waii!' n i finally know he IS lookin at me. haha~~ tonight cant fall asleep liao le... it feels like i'm on cloud 9.. haha...

I'VE CHANGED THE SKIN! do you all like it? or you prefer the Death Note blogskin? although this new skin don't really fit the song "zhuan shu tian shi", but it's an angel blogskin, so it's still abit relevant lah. haha. not girly right?? hehe. i also created a "Photos Galore" section, selected some of odac photos...58 of them exactly. so, if you are bored...maybe can slowly look at the photos lah. hehe. i will add and remove some of the photos after some time. ok. that's all for the update of blog.

my exams are OVER! haha. 3 papers only mah. xing fu ba! haha. hope i will do well for all of them. get all As! =P last paper was real estate biz. seriously, it's juz a paper to test ur memory only. i juz vomit out whatever i memorised yesterday. out of the 28 tutorial answers i memorised, 12 came out. but sadly, i mis-memorised one point...there goes 2 marks...and my full marks. haha! oh well, an A is good enough. am having a case of saturated brain. =X

waii...ch u has to cut away the gay parts in hana kimi bcoz the tv prog cannot promote homo sexuality mah. there are ppl who will complain to MDA, den the tv station will kanna fine. yar. so have to cut. heng there's the creation of youtube.com and tudou.com! if not we'll missed out the funny gay parts! btw, MEI TIAN ROCKS! hahahahahhahahahhaha! i think shen le actually is good...but he's not as good as QUAN! QUAN ROCKS! =X

Change blogskin? Hmmm weijing remb no girly stuffs can liaoz.. haha u know what I mean. & 专属天使 is super nice.. 百听不厌. 百唱不厌 also.
Oh ya I had a little kbox session in Function Hall with Armour-det ppl on the 19th Feb.. I seemed to click with them better den my own side.. & although some of them 五音不全.. we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.. Armour Det Comd (ADC) brought his collection of pirated karaoke DVDs.. & I din tell any of them that I once tried my luck in PSS2 haha.. well it was like hell lot better den singing with Fruck who 五百万音不全 i think.

Hanazakari no Kimitachi e.. no time to watch sobz.. pirated here but I dun wanna buy dat.. Seems like everyone's talking bout the show now!

Lets see what happened to me these past days.. 25th our camp had an open house for invited guests only.. ate alot without doing much work. I was detailed to open car doors of VIPs only.. but they opened their own doors most of the time & I just stood stupidly staring at their blank faces. They must be thinking I'm the valet parker. Some handed me the keys to their posh cars.. & i er just resisted temptation to kop them & try to forever AWOL from NS.

Today... today my respectable CPL EOTed along with some others. It was pretty sad.. although I only knew him for 2months.. he taught me alot of stuff & his leadership is comparable to none. Most ppl utilised our leaves given by Commander from the open house to send him off.. at the Airport he cried & so did many others.. I'm nt sure whether I cried too.. mayb sand from the runway flew into my eyes ba haha. It's like... a super long time since I exp such sadness from a parting. As the plane took off.. I just stared & imagine of my own EOT moments.. will ppl cry for me? Den I also wondered.. will ppl cry for Fruck if he leaves somewhere for gd? Mayb NSA will.

Best Soldier of February went to CPL Lee JunYue from Armour side. He fully deserved it cuz he worked very hard for the decorations of the open hse.

Commander gave a v inspirational speech bout dreams on Tuesday. It's like high-ranking ppl all know how to talk v well. He talked bout me! About NDU! About NDU ppl r freaks... what an insult.

Busy CNY!!

Today is Brunei's 23rd National Day!! 23rd on the 23rd of February 2007. Double significance!
Brunei has a shorter independence history than us becuz they once were part of Malaysia longer I heard.. but they are financially dependable without them anyway. Armed Forces abit small.. that's why Brunei has lotsa allies like Singapore, which also has lotsa allies like Brunei. Two small countries = One slightly bigger but small country = security?
Pls dun be mistaken.. I love SAF & have full confidence of our war survival.
& Bruneiians love their Sultan super! If only we can grow to love our Nathen or Mr. Lea (spelled this way so no politics involved!) half as much, Singy would be such a better place. But it's just ironic Singy is far better than Brunei now anyway.

Ah siang ah Ah siang.. I realised she's a v intelligent gal cum model sia.. way way higher than my social status. Hmmm I nv wanted to marry her la dotx.. it's just great to have a female friend here in Brunei. Understandtooded?

I'm running out of time & can't blog much... sobz.. bottomline is my CNY was spent gambling & gambling.. At least I won quite some money.. imagine gambling & wasting money & time!!

初二 i went to watch movie. EPIC MOVIE~! to me, it's a very very lame show, watchin it once is more than enough but my little cousins seems to like it alot. haha.. mux be caz it's too lame..

happy 大年初一 amigos! hehe.
i'm gonna talk about what i did on 初一. haha. actually nothing much. =X
slept @ 3++am, woke up @ 10++am. my dad's brothers' families came to my house, as usual. take ang paos den bathe, went to my uncle (dad's bro) and then to my ah ma's (mum's) house. drank alot of soup cooked by my ah ma (yummy!) and waited for my ah yi-s to arrive. got ang paos from 2nd uncle, big uncle, 4th and 5th aunt and then slacked at my ah ma's house till 4pm. also watched cousins play mahjong. left ah ma's house at 420pm, and went to JEC to watch "Just Follow Law" with my parents and sis.

quite funny lah, esp fann wong..."Just Follow Law", i give it umm 3-1/2 stars. hehe. my dad and my sis totally agree with the movie....black and white. =X hehe. can go watch. after movie, makan-ed at pizza hut. damn full.
and tt's how i spent my 大年初一.
ok, need to start studying a bit. tml goin to da yi's house. tues goin to my 4th aunts house. MORE ANG PAOS! gee. dun like studying during CNY la! :(

Happy CNY people!!

I stayed up till 4am yesterday! Or technically it was this morning!

Guess what? I have $4 worth of angbao money so far! Wowwhee

Haha ah siang blogging is for your own good also ma.. if u blog in perfect english your english will improve dramatically. Or that's what I heard la.

Well my camp personnels all went to some resort call RiverInn Hotel yesterday for relaxation & games by the swimming pool.. but sadly I dun really have the games pictures yet cuz I was busy playing & nt taking photos. The Armour detachment planned all the games.. mostly involving water.. & so we Navy team won all the games! & I mean all!!

It was v fun overall.. & this 1WO's daughter that I mentioned to ahsiang before was wearing a tad revealing & attracting alot of Armour n Heli attention.. mayb thats why we won also la hee.. & one moment she was playin the hulahoop &... HIPS DUN LIE!

After that we had buffet reunion dinner.. except for laoyusheng nothing is quite like our Singapore's CNY dinner sia.. NO abalone no shark's fin no pork.. but we still enjoy each other's company cuz we are all by ourselves in this foreign land. Only then did I start taking some photos..... sorry folks I still learning how to post photos well. Too bad weijing nt online now cant ask her. So mayb I'll post next time.

Mingled around with everyone (esp the pretty one!), & I won an optical mouse from lucky draw! Not that I'm in need of it... but it felt gd when ppl cheered my name when I go up take prize lol!! then went off to CoffeeZone to surf net.. that's when I participated in the mass conversation of ODAC for awhile. Also had quite a meaningful talk with waii & wanyi about my reputation & my flaws in college. Quite enlightening to know that actually I dun really have a v gd reputation in sch!

After that at 2330hrs went with most Armour-det guys to go to a temple (v rare in Brunei) to offer prayers.. well dunno why but I suddenly turned v religious overseas. Temple crowded & smoked out like a thousand smoke grenades went off.. eyes all pain but still endured to offer the incense. Then after all that went back to camp & stayed up watching TV..

This morning woke up at 1115 & set off to CPT Peh's house at 1130! 15mins & I'm bainianing liaoz. That's where I got my 1st angbao!! & finally I had some bbq pork n beer!! Played bigbrother2 awhile.. watched tv.. quite boring la actually.

Well tonight!! Tonight we're going to the Singapore High Commisioner of Brunei (or izzit Brunei High Commisioner of Singapore) house!! It's super big & posh can la!! Or so I heard. After that going to that 1WO's house!! You folks know who's in there dun ya?

Hmmm I seem to be blogging quite too much.. you folks all get lotsa angbaos!!

Wah I find that I'm blogging everytime i manage to get internet access.. shows how much leisure activities I can find here man.

Yeah everyone enjoy your reunion dinners folks.. I used to not cherish such yearly dinners & just anyhow eat the abalones and shark's fin while ignoring my relatives' conversations.. but now I truly realised tht CNY is really a good time to meet your forgotten relatives and get some care & concern from them. Don't just 敷衍 them. It's just not right.

Yup I've spent alot of time here watchng pirated movies & of cuz reflecting on many stuffs.. think the 1st thing I do when I get home is to look up fui & apologise. Quite a difficult task though.

So my plans for CNY is just to go some resort & enjoy.. then visit some officers' houses to earn some angbaos.. then coming online to stone again. Yeah dunno whether got beer & bbq pork onot... how pathetic!! Imagine your CNY without bbq pork.. Dunno how the Mr.Browns survive by eating ayams only.

Anyway yesterday one of our fellow soldier got a shock.. I dunno how la.. then he suddenly got heavy asthma attack! Quite serious & on the verge of dying sia.. collapsed & helpless.. then some driver quickly activated to send him to hospital. Well happy ending la.. nth fatal happened and SAF foots the bill. SAF filthy rich sia.

Let's have a ODAC reunion dinner next year? Wish you all 福如东海，寿比南山!! We are all gonna be 2-digit soon! (waii made it liaoz)

Hallo deys i am back from the miserable tekong trip which again tired my body out! Why miserable? Becos i stupidly kena 3 extras just for being suay! now i chinese new year have to do guard duty... GRRR... luckily is 初三 haha if not i gonna call SAF hotline complain..

Poor me! valentine day spend in outfield and kena extra for being not tactical cos my team of ppl set a small campfire just to cook 2 packs of MILO for personal comfort. Then got ppl see us we all tio extra.. nvm whatever..

Cannot believe that i gonna spend my new year with all the heat rashes, blisters, mosquito bites.. haiz.. but nvm can eat bbq pork can liao, unlike some race who cannot enjoy... tomoro is 除夕 so enjoy your reunion dinner with your families haha... too bad alex have to go reunion dinner with all the blackies and brownies haha.. dun be sad, army always rob ppl of CNY celebrations just like how mine is robbed.. too bad odac can't have a reeunion dinner without alex and vee so just no choice haha.

The Best Soldier of January went on board a Super Puma helicopter & took a tour around parts of Brunei!! Funny incentive to perform but I also wanna ride a SP! Experienced C-130 before but helicopter is something so rare civilian life also hard to ride it wor! Thus I'm gonna work hard be garung & get best soldier. You all work hard too in studies & Army too!

Firstly.. Let me wish beebee a great 20th birthday (if she knows our blog's existence)! And waii a belated 20th birthday! Sorry can't celebrate with you people.. weirong.. 只对你有感觉的凌晨三点钟 is waiting.

I missed so many happening things in Singy.. sianz.. LuvFiesta, PS2final, vee's farewell party, & most importantly the kbox sessions!! Never mind it's so fast February le! Soon I will be back.. change of date though.. I will be back on the 3rd of August to celebrate National Day! ANNOUCEMENT OF THE DAY!

First time I'm unable to eat reunion dinner with my family.. feels so weird! I have so many things I wanna talk about like my work.. but they are classified as SECRET under MINDEF sia.. I will get into trouble if I talk too much.. so let's go back to my story of 许玮伦. It's kinda freaky! Ever had dreams that really become reality? Come true? Actually I had quite many vivid dreams before but never like this time. Here goes:

On the night of 27th, I had a dream that a long-haired celebrity died. I didn't really see her face, and throughout the dream I thought it was Selina. And so I cried through the dream, and woke up on 28th feeling weird weird de.. So on the evening of 28th than we will receive Singapore's Straits Times.. & inside I read that 许玮伦 had an accident & is in critical situation! Wahlao my dream is coming true.. Quite confused & can only hope nothing happens to her.. but apparently she passed away 19:37 on 28th.. shortly after I read the news about her. Maybe because we same surname than I felt some connection.. I really dunno! but I diam diam didn't tell anyone in camp cause I don't think anyone will believe me. I used to have some freaky dreams come true too.. & most of them are bad! But so far this is the worst!! She's so talented & young.. really a shame for the world to lose her.

thur has always been the worst day of the wk ever since the start of sem2. long day from 8.30am-5.30pm with only 1hr break in-between. so today (08/02) can be considered as worst of the worst day as there's an additional of 1 maths quiz n 1 effective comm CA. very worried over maths quiz, din study at all the night before caz was out with my frenz. this mornin den panicked bout studyin for it. got abit moody worried in the mornin caz rushin to revise for the quiz. even throw temper at my fren.. so bad sia...
BUT luckily things turn out totally fine at the 2nd half of the day! =D got a few reasons though.
1) my fren surprise me with her fei lun hai album! =D with the dvd one orh. haha.. super HAPPY
2) the maths quiz turns out to be easy, the little revisin tt i did is enough to handle it. =D
3) last but not least, durin my last lect of the day, haha... saw the guy who looks like da dong from fei lun hai again! n he's jux sittin in front of me! haha.. super excitin~! den somehow jux look at him almost all the time durin the lect. haha.. my fren even tk out the fei lun hai album to compare how similar dey look. look damn similar. haha next wk den see him again ba! =D

anyway, today had some oral presentation. it was sucky. i spoke faster than i see and i think - very bad. but my tutor told me he recommended me and two other classmates for pre u sem! haha. pre u sem! something that is not new to us of coz. but i didn't expected to be "recommended".
still need to go to interview to see if i will be shortlisted. jc got no such chance, and suddenly i got recommended in poly. made me understood the feeling when celebrities say "nomination is a recognition"...for my case, it's "recommendation is a recognition"! haha. wish me luck for the interview man....which i dunno when! will update u all again!
